What an On-site Security post includes

Every post is built from two documents. Post Orders #1–4 are universal and apply at every jobsite we staff. The Site Instructions are written for your property alone: which doors open when, who may enter after hours, where contractors sign in, which alarms the Officer acknowledges, and who gets called first when something goes wrong. Depending on the property, a post typically covers:

• Access control — checking credentials, issuing visitor badges, and keeping a visitor log
• Visitor and contractor screening — confirming work orders and escorting vendors where required
• Lobby and concierge presence — a professional first point of contact for tenants and guests
• Gate and dock control — truck check-in, seal and paperwork checks, and yard movement for logistics sites
• Opening and closing — unlocking, lock-up checks, alarm arming, and lighting walk-throughs
• Interior and exterior rounds — stairwells, parking, fence lines, and mechanical rooms on a set schedule
• Incident response and reporting — de-escalation first, documented every time

How posts are staffed, supervised, and reported

Officers are assigned to a post on purpose, not pulled from a list. Before the first shift, the assigned Officers learn the Site Instructions and walk the property so the routine is familiar on day one. We aim to keep the same Officers on your post, because a familiar face is what lets an Officer notice the car that does not belong or the door that is usually locked.

Supervisors check posts in person and by phone, review every report before it reaches you, and are the single point of contact when your needs change. Daily Activity Reports, incident reports, and Security Logs are kept digitally and shared with your Team, so you can see what happened on every shift without having to ask. When an incident needs follow-up, the report is written plainly enough to hand to a tenant, an insurer, or law enforcement.

Dedicated post, Patrols, or both

A dedicated Officer makes sense when someone has to be present — screening people at a door, controlling a gate, or covering hours when the building is open. When the risk is mostly after hours or spread across several sites, Mobile Patrols are often the more efficient answer. Many Clients combine them: an On-site Officer during business hours, Patrol passes overnight, and 24/7 Emergency Response behind both. We will tell you which mix fits the property instead of selling the largest contract.

How onboarding works

1. Call or request coverage. We learn the property, the hours, and the problems you want solved.
2. Site review. A Supervisor reviews the layout, access points, and risks with you.
3. Site Instructions. We write the property-specific instructions and confirm them with you.
4. Officer assignment. Assigned Officers learn the Site Instructions and the property before the first shift.
5. Review and adjust. Early reports are reviewed together and the post is refined as needed.

Are your On-site Officers armed?

How is an On-site Officer different from a Mobile Patrol?

An On-site Officer stays at one property for the full shift. A Patrol Officer visits several properties on a randomized route. Many Clients use both.

What are Site Instructions?

Site Instructions are the written, property-specific rules for your post — hours, access rules, contacts, and procedures. They sit alongside Post Orders #1–4, which apply at every jobsite.

Will I get the same Officers every shift?

We aim to keep the same Officers on your post so they learn your people and routines. When a substitute is needed, they are briefed on your Site Instructions first.

How will I know what happened on each shift?
