- What does residential security cost for an apartment community or HOA?
- Cost depends on the number of laps or hours, the size of the property, and whether coverage is Mobile Patrol or a fixed post. Most communities start with overnight Patrols several nights per week, which is far less than a full-time Officer, and scale from there. Diligence Security quotes only after walking the property.
- Do you provide security Patrols for HOAs and gated neighborhoods?
