The Situation
A non-profit healthcare organization with five health centers and an administration building across Pierce County had inherited a security program from a previous provider that leaned on physical intervention. Staff were absorbing the stress of unpredictable encounters in patient areas, entryways, and parking structures.
Our Response
Diligence Security took over the program with a layered model: posted On-site Officers at the highest-traffic facilities, roaming Mobile Patrols connecting the remaining sites, and 24/7 emergency response for escalations after hours. Every Officer assigned to the account completes our Officer Integration Program, where verbal de-escalation and disciplined decision-making are trained well beyond the state minimum.
The Outcome
Use-of-force incidents dropped dramatically compared with the previous security company, and criminal activity on the properties was reduced. Just as importantly, the organization's employees report a markedly better sense of security while they work. This remains our longest-standing Client relationship.
